Who we are

The controller of the processing of the collected user data is Integra Consultancy Services SA - Insurance brokerage company under the registered trademark WYCC, 10 rue Michel Rodange L-2430 Luxembourg, RC B59616. Insurance approval, no. 1998 CM 001. You can reach us via our contact page for any question about this policy or about your personal data.

What personal data we collect

This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us:

  • identification data via forms (name, postal, phone and email contact details),
  • data relating to the follow-up of the commercial relationship (customer number, contract number, information requests),
  • data relating to online contract subscription.

Why we process your data

We use the personal data submitted via the contact form for one purpose only: responding to your inquiry about our insurance plans, quotes, or claims. Your data is not used for marketing, profiling, or shared with third parties, except where required by law.

Legal basis

The processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the contact form (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

How long we keep your data

Personal data submitted through the contact form is retained for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange with you, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object. You may also request the withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Donnees (CNPD), the Luxembourgish data protection authority, at cnpd.public.lu.
